Tampa Bay at NY Yankees 1:05 PM ET
The first-place New York Yankees vie for a four-game sweep of visiting Tampa Bay on Sunday after demoralizing the Rays with another walk-off victory. Brett Gardner, who homered in the 11th inning of Thursday's 6-5 victory, delivered a game-ending single to give New York a 5-4 win Saturday that pushed the Rays 4 1/2 games behind in the American League East and dropped them to 0-6 at Yankee Stadium this season.
LA Angels at Toronto 1:07 PM ET
The Los Angeles Angels continue to enjoy success at the Rogers Centre and try for a three-game sweep in Sunday's series finale with the host Toronto Blue Jays. Los Angeles (51-54) has won four straight and 13 of its last 17 north of the border after scoring three runs in the ninth inning to prevail 6-5 on Saturday despite a slumping Albert Pujols, who is hitless in his last 24 at-bats after going 0-for-3 with a walk.
Cincinnati at Miami 1:10 PM ET
The Miami Marlins keep winning despite trading away some key pieces and the next player to go is scheduled to take the mound in Sunday's finale of a four-game series against the visiting Cincinnati Reds. Right-hander Dan Straily, sent to Miami by Cincinnati in January, has been linked to numerous teams in advance of Monday's trade deadline.
Houston at Detroit 1:10 PM ET
Justin Verlander's name has been bandied about leading up to Monday's trade deadline, but the veteran right-hander is scheduled to take the mound Sunday in the finale of a three-game series versus the visiting Houston Astros. Verlander is trying to avoid a winless July against a team that rocked him for six runs over 5 2/3 innings in late May.
Colorado at Washington 1:35 PM ET
The Washington Nationals lost their offense when the rain came, now they need to scramble to find it again with two games coming up. The Nationals, who scored 15 runs on Thursday before having Friday's series opener washed out and falling short on Saturday, will try to get their offense going when they host the Colorado Rockies on Sunday in a split doubleheader.
Kansas City at Boston 1:35 PM ET
The Boston Red Sox were having some problems scoring runs and lost their grip on first place in the American League East, but Eduardo Nunez is here to make everything better. The Red Sox's newest acquisition will try to follow up a remarkable night when Boston hosts the Kansas City Royals in the rubber match of a three-game series Sunday.
Atlanta at Philadelphia 1:35 PM ET
Despite owning the worst record in the majors, the Philadelphia Phillies seem to save their best play for the National League East-rival Atlanta Braves. The Phillies rallied from two runs down in the late innings Saturday and knocked off the visiting Braves 4-3 in the 11th, giving Philadelphia its seventh victory in nine tries against Atlanta going into Sunday's home contest.
Cleveland at Chi. White Sox 2:10 PM ET
All-Star shortstop Francisco Lindor and the Cleveland Indians look to extend their impressive streaks to double figures when they try to complete a three-game sweep of the host Chicago White Sox on Sunday. The American League Central-leading Indians have won nine straight after posting a 5-4 victory on Saturday and Lindor has hit safely in all of them, registering 15 hits in 37 at-bats to raise his average 14 points.
Chi. Cubs at Milwaukee 2:10 PM ET

A two-game swing in the National League Central standings will be the prize when the Milwaukee Brewers host the first-place Chicago Cubs for the finale of their three-game series on Sunday. The Brewers can close within one-half game of the Cubs with a win, while Chicago can leave town with a 2 1/2-game advantage by claiming the rubber match.

Arizona at St. Louis 2:15 PM ET

Lance Lynn could be making his last start for the St. Louis Cardinals on Sunday - if he makes it to the mound. A potential trade target ahead of Monday’s non-waiver trading deadline, Lynn is scheduled to take the ball when the Cardinals host the Arizona Diamondbacks for the finale of their four-game series on Sunday.

Baltimore at Texas 3:05 PM ET
Ivan Rodriguez is going into the Hall of Fame and the staff ace is on the trade block, but all eyes in the Texas Rangers organization on Sunday will be on Adrian Beltre. The veteran third baseman will try to record his 3,000th career hit when the Rangers host the Baltimore Orioles for the rubber match of their three-game series.
Minnesota at Oakland 4:05 PM ET
Less than 24 hours after rallying for a victory to even the three-game series and end a five-game slide, the Oakland Athletics try for back-to-back wins when they host the rubber match of their set against the visiting Minnesota Twins on Sunday. Oakland trailed 4-1 in the middle contest before scoring once in both the fifth and eighth innings and twice in the ninth to post just its third triumph in 12 games.
NY Mets at Seattle 4:10 PM ET
The Seattle Mariners hope to finish their 10-game homestand with an even record when they host the New York Mets on Sunday for the rubber match of their three-game set. Seattle bounced back from a series-opening loss by posting a 3-2 victory on Saturday but lost outfielder Mitch Haniger, who was hit in the face by a pitch and is headed to the disabled list with a lacerated lip.
Pittsburgh at San Diego 4:40 PM ET
Injured right fielder Gregory Polanco can’t return soon enough for the Pittsburgh Pirates, who have lost four straight and six of their last seven to fall 5 1/2 games behind the first-place Chicago Cubs in the National League Central. The Pirates look to avoid a three-game series sweep on Sunday at the hands of the host San Diego Padres, who have won four in a row and secured their first winning month since July 2015.
Colorado at Washington 7:40 PM ET
The Washington Nationals lost their offense when the rain came, now they need to scramble to find it again with two games coming up. The Nationals, who scored 15 runs on Thursday before having Friday's series opener washed out and falling short on Saturday, will try to get their offense going when they host the Colorado Rockies on Sunday in a split doubleheader.
San Francisco at LA Dodgers 8:05 PM ET
The Los Angeles Dodgers seek their third winning streak of at least eight since mid-June when they finish a long homestand with the finale of a three-game series against the San Francisco Giants on Sunday. After a comeback 6-4 win in the series opener, the Dodgers scored two early runs and held on for a 2-1 triumph Saturday to claim their seventh win in a row.
