Justin Herbert threw for 333 yards, including four long touchdown passes, as No. 6 Oregon clinched the Pac-12 North with a 34-6 victory over Arizona on Saturday night in Eugene, Ore.

Oregon (9-1, 7-0 Pac-12) won its ninth consecutive game and will play for the league title for the first time since 2014. Arizona (4-6, 2-5) lost its fifth game in a row.

Herbert completed 20 of 28 passes with one interception, that coming off a tipped pass on a fourth-and-10 try at the Arizona 29 in the third quarter. His touchdown tosses covered 73, 53, 24 and 33 yards.

Arizona running back J.J. Taylor ran for 74 yards on 17 carries and caught six passes for 55 yards, but the Wildcats had little offense other than that, finishing with 240 yards. Oregon has held six opponents to single-digit points.

True freshman quarterback Grant Gunnell started for Arizona, but senior Khalil Tate came in for the fourth drive and played two quarters before Gunnell returned.

Gunnell was 10 of 14 for 82 yards. Tate completed 7 of 16 attempts for 50 yards.

On the second play from scrimmage, Herbert took advantage of busted coverage from Arizona to connect deep with an all-alone Johnny Johnson III for a 73-yard touchdown. It was the longest completion of the season for the Ducks.

A flea-flicker resulted in a 53-yard scoring toss to Juwan Johnson for a 21-0 lead with 5:09 to go before halftime.

Oregon led 21-6 at halftime before Herbert hit his third touchdown pass of the game, a 24-yard back-shoulder throw to Spencer Webb with 7:32 left in the third quarter. Running back Travis Dye turned a screen pass into a 33-yard score early in the fourth quarter.

Dye ran 14 times for 71 yards. Cyrus Habibi-Likio scored on a 1-yard run in the first quarter.

Arizona's points came on field goals of 23 and 42 yards by Lucas Havrisik.

Oregon's Camden Lewis missed a 20-yard field goal attempt and an extra point try.

Ducks true freshman receiver Mycah Pittman suffered an apparent right wrist injury while being tackled with 3:04 left in the first quarter. He did not return.
