No. 18 Kansas State 69, Oklahoma 60: Rodney McGruder hit three first-half 3-pointers and finished with 20 points as the host Wildcats extended their home win streak to 12.

Will Spradling added 15 points for the Wildcats (15-2, 4-0 Big 12), which hosts Kansas on Monday in a meeting of league leaders. Angel Rodriguez and Shane Southwell chipped in 12 points apiece.

Romero Osby and Amath M'Baye each had 12 for the Sooners (12-4, 3-1), who had a five-game win streak ended.

McGruder was held scoreless for more than 13 minutes but made three 3-pointers in a 1:35 span for a 30-25 lead with 3:13 left in the first half. The Wildcats made 7-of-13 3-pointers in the first half, including Southwell's with a 1:05 left for a 35-27 halftime lead.

McGruder's 3-pointer and a pair of free throws pushed Kansas State's lead to 51-37 with 8:51 left. Oklahoma cut the lead to six on Steven Pledger's 3-pointer with 5:08 left but never got closer.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Kansas State has held 11 straight opponents to 69 points or less. ... Bruce Weber tied Zora Clevenger (1916-17) for the best start by a first-year Kansas State coach. ... Oklahoma outrebounded the Wildcats 39-25 and had 20 second-chance points.
