South Florida 64, Georgia 53: Anthony Collins had 17 points and 10 assists as the host Bulls won in the SEC/Big East Challenge.

Tied at 50-50, South Florida (5-2) won its third straight contest by scoring nine straight points down the stretch. Collins scored five points during the run, and his pass to Victor Rudd resulted in a Rudd 3-pointer at the shot-clock buzzer, giving the Bulls a 57-50 advantage with 2:03 remaining.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope led the Bulldogs with 19 points. Georgia (2-5) shot 40.8 percent from the field (20-for-49).

South Florida finished 8-for-18 (44.4 percent) from 3-point range. Shaun Noriega added 15 points for the Bulls.

Georgia’s Donte Williams’ rebound and stickback - his only two points - with 4:04 remaining tied the game at 50. The Bulls closed the game with a 14-3 run, handing the Bulldogs their fifth loss in their past six games.
