Hawks 107, Raptors 88: Jeff Teague scored 10 of his 24 points during a 16-0 run in the fourth quarter and dished out 13 assists as visiting Atlanta broke open a close game to clinch a spot in the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Al Horford added 26 points and 12 rebounds for the Hawks, who won their fifth consecutive game at Toronto dating to March 17, 2010. Josh Smith contributed 19 points for Atlanta, which is headed to the playoffs for the sixth consecutive season.

Jonas Valanciunas scored 19 points to lead five players in double figures for Toronto, which has lost five straight. Rudy Gay returned the lineup after missing the last contest with a sore back and contributed 15 points and 12 rebounds.

The Raptors led by 10 at halftime, but the Hawks heated up in the third quarter and pulled even at 75 heading to the final period. Atlanta was 24-for-43 from the field in the second half after going 16-for-38 before the break.

Alan Anderson's 3-pointer pulled Toronto within 81-80 with 9:10 left, but Horford and Teague took over from there. The duo combined for all 16 points during the pivotal stretch, and Teague hit back-to-back 3-pointers and a driving layup to push the margin to 97-80 with 4:39 remaining.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Toronto PF Amir Johnson left in the third quarter with a left leg contusion. X-rays were negative, but he did not return. … Atlanta's Kyle Korver went 2-for-6 from 3-point range and has made at least one 3 in 65 consecutive games. … Horford has scored in double figures in 31 consecutive games, the second-longest streak of his career (33 in 2009-10).
