GRIZZLIES 98, WARRIORS 94: O.J. Mayo scored 19 points and Mike Conley returned to the lineup with a strong performance as host Memphis picked up its third straight win.

Conley, who had missed the previous two games, collected 18 points and five rebounds and Marc Gasol chipped in 12 and six for the Grizzlies, who were playing the middle game of a back-to-back-to-back set.

Memphis will play five games in six days this week, with three straight playoff teams coming up.

With that in mind, the Grizzlies used a wide rotation Tuesday, giving 11 players at least six minutes and nine players more than 15. Even the fourth quarter featured a good portion of the bench despite a 12-point deficit.

Backup forward Dante Cunningham, who finished 6 for 6 from the floor, helped get the comeback started with eight points during the first four minutes of the fourth. He hit a pair of shots in the lane during a 13-0 that gave Memphis the lead back 87-86 with 6:37 to play.

Mayo, who drained a 3-pointer during the run, put the Grizzlies up for good with a runner 36 seconds later and Gasol helped close it out with four points and a block down the stretch.

David Lee was the only starter to reach double figures with 22 points and 13 rebounds for the Warriors, who have dropped six in a row.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Memphis struggled to 15 for 24 (62.5 percent) from the free throw line. … The Grizzlies travel to Dallas on Wednesday and play at Miami on Friday before closing the week by hosting Dallas on Saturday.
